I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Sabz, and this blog is my way of sharing my love for parenting and child development, passions that have shaped both my career and my life at home.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles within education, including early years settings and primary schools. At the age of 24, I became a university lecturer, leading the Early Years degree program and specializing in learning theories. My academic background includes a degree in Early Years and Education, as well as a postgraduate teaching qualification. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how children grow and thrive, but the real-world lessons I’ve learned as a parent have been just as meaningful.

At home, I am a parent to two wonderful children, a boy and a girl, who keep life exciting and full of surprises. I am also lucky to have a very supportive husband, Arif, who has been an incredible partner in navigating the adventures of parenting. Together, we embrace the chaos, joy, and growth that come with raising a family, finding strength in each other during both the busy and quieter moments.
