Princess & Face Painting Package – Terms & Conditions

This package is a collaboration between two independent providers offering a combined service for your event.

Both the face painter (Mistry & Magic) and the princess entertainer (Once Upon a Fairytale) operate as separate businesses. While this package is offered as a joint booking, each provider is responsible for delivering their own service.
Initial enquiries and availability checks may be handled by either provider. Once your booking is confirmed, all further communication will take place directly with each provider to ensure all details are agreed and managed smoothly.
This package is subject to both providers being available on your requested date and time. If one provider is unavailable, you are welcome to proceed with an individual booking; however, the package price will no longer apply and standard individual pricing will be used.
The stated package price is based on bookings within Milton Keynes. Events outside of this area may incur an additional travel fee, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Payments must be made separately to each provider, as outlined at the time of booking.
Each provider holds their own public liability insurance and operates under their own individual Terms of Service. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms set out by both providers.
The package price is only applicable when both services are booked together. If one service is cancelled or removed, standard individual pricing for the remaining service will apply.
Any changes, cancellations, or amendments to your booking will be handled in line with each provider’s individual Terms of Service, including any deposit or refund policies.
In the unlikely event that one provider is unable to attend, any refunds or alternative arrangements will be managed directly by that provider in line with their individual Terms of Service.
Availability and package pricing may be subject to change until your booking is confirmed and secured with payment.
